Items that are personalised are not eligible for a refund due to their nature unless lost in the post or damaged beyond repair.

All other items are eligible if returned to in a saleable condition within 14 days of the sale date.
Once the item is returned and checked over, your refund will be processed. Basher & Roo is not responsible for return postage costs.
 

Shipping is FREE to the UK mainland.
All items are shipped Royal Mail 2nd class.
Proof of postage will be obtained.
