• All items ship from the UK

• It is the buyer's responsibility to read all information regarding shipping times and available services. Delivery dates are never guaranteed (only estimated) and refunds won't be offered on a late delivery basis.

• Please double check that your shipping address is correct. We cannot amend shipping details once the item is shipped nor can we intercept parcels.

• If loss or damage incurs during shipment, we will do everything we can to help locate and resolve the situation. Please report damage within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos so that we may make a claim with our shipper and replace/refund your order for you

• We cannot ship to a PO Box Address.
